Natural Resource Academy Student Field Trip
The River Center organized a field trip on May 31 for the Natural Resource Academy students from Modoc High School to learn about stream restoration. They visited the South Fork of the Pit River near Likely to observe, measure and further restore the waterways at the project site. The photos depict student investigation of the restoration site.

The River Center acquired several new educational displays from local artists...from a pastel depicting sage steppe restoration to outdoor sand hill crane sculptures. More on this coming soon, too!
